    On the Weight-Loss Ticker: I have decided to break my weight-loss goals down into smaller, more manageable interim goals. I think this will help to keep me motivated. Once I have reached the current goal, I will reassess and set a goal for the next phase of the program. I really think I need the reinforcement of small successes along the way to a big change.

    The Exercise Ticker is a challenge to do 20 combined lunges and/or squats (I prefer the term plie’) per day for 60 days.

    The Cumulative Steps is a goal of 3000 steps per day during the month of February. Again, at the end of this month I will reassess the situation and set a new goal for March. I use a pedometer to count my steps.

    I have been having some health problems again for a few days. (Same old embarrassing complaint.) I’ve missed getting my steps in. Today seems to be better. Hoping for good things tomorrow.
