About

Carla DivaWelcome to my blog. I am a 58 year-old female, happily married. I have one daughter and 4 grandchildren. I like to make beautiful things with my hands – knit, crochet, quilt, sew, embroider. This lovely lady represents one of my many facets. I love meeting new people – either in person or on the ‘net. Please be nice if you decide to stop in and visit. Manners never go out of style.

Thanks for dropping by my space that I like to call -er- My Space. I’m glad that the ‘Halloween Season’ has been able to be enjoyed by those out there that can appreciate it…

Hope all is well, and may the FORCE (the ONE above that is) be with you always

hi, thanks for stopping by. i totally get the beauty of fall. i lived up north for some time and you’re right, the smells and colors are amazing. one of the things that i looked forward to was when neighbors burned their fallen leaves…it sounds bad, and i am sure that it is for the environment, but the scent is unique and truly nostalgic.

Thanks for visiting my site. We Idaho gals gotta stick together. That’s why I joined your NaBloPoMo group. Even better that we have stuff in common! You’re right, I’m south of you, in the top of Cache Valley. Have fun with your new blog!

    Hello,
I came across your blog through another posting you had about the Detection Diet. I have several food allergies and recently diagnosed with fructose intolerance (through hydrogen breath test) and am aware of at least some lactose and wheat intolerance. I was wondering if the detection diet was helpful and worth it. The list I have found or been given for fructose intolerance are slim and they don’t always match. I somewhat know what to eliminate but I am at a loss as to what to eat. Anyway, I was curious if you found it helpful. Thanks
