Getting Started

This is my ‘maiden’ post. It is Tuesday, September 11, 2007. A lot of talk about the bombings six years ago. Not something I want to dwell on. On my list of things to do today is to pay my bills and visit Ed. I will probably try to get a bit of exercise, too. Doctor says I really need to lose weight before I have irreversible damage from diabetes, elevated BP, and elevated lipids. Oh, it is so hard!
